GAME : Conditions of usage

GAME is a web-based utility service developed by the Geneva Airport Residents Association (ARAG). Its primary goal is to permit persons living near to the airport to find out about the movements of aircraft at the airport. Typically, people likely to use the service would be those seeing or hearing aircraft, in particular ones emitting a high noise intensity, overflying a region not normally subject to overflights or operating during the nighttime period (10pm to 6am).

By making use of GAME you implicitly accept the following usage rules :-

The information produced as a result of a GAME enquiry, whether shown directly or via a linked external Web URL reference, is not guaranteed to be 100% correct. We do, of course, try to correct any errors that are signalled to us, via email to
webmaster@aragge.ch
The results of a GAME enquiry may not be included in any subsequent action without the express consent of ARAG. Thus, for example, such consent would be required in order to pass results directly to any third party. It is, however, clearly permissible to inform a third party of the parameters used to make a particular GAME enquiry.
GAME may not be used in an automated manner. Any such use, including access by bots, will result in the blockage of the user's IP address,
GAME may not form part of any Web project which is intended to be a commercial venture.
ARAG reserves the right to monitor the usage of GAME at any time.
